Pastor Osee Ntavuka, Legal Representative of Rwanda legacy of Hope invited Rwanda High Commissioner in UK His Excellency Williams Nkurunziza, and his wife on Friday 2 August 2013. To have a meeting and to welcome the team of volunteers to Rwanda February 2014. The programme began with a meeting at Quality Hotel, Plymouth attended by volunteer members from Rwanda-Legacy of Hope team, the charity operated in Rwanda, which provides healthcare and educational support. The meeting provided the opportunity for His Excellency to personally thank local volunteer teachers, IT support specialists and members of the medical team for their commitment to helping the people of Rwanda through their participation in the work of Rwanda Legacy of Hope and to welcome the team of volunteers to Rwanda I 2013. Later in the day, His Excellency and Mrs Nkurunziza were invited to the Lord Mayor’s Parlour and Council House where they met with Deputy Lord Mayor and Deputy Lady Mayoress of Plymouth, Councillor Nigel Churchill and Mrs Amanda Churchill. During the afternoon, the Rwandan High Commissioner enjoyed a tour of the Council House before his return to London.
