Pastor Osee Ntavuka, Legal Representative for Rwanda Legacy of Hope, invited Rwanda High Commissioner in UK H.E. Ernest Rwamucyo and Mrs Linda Kalimba ,First Counsellor, to have a meeting and to welcome the team of volunteers to Rwanda. A meeting was also held with the then Lord Mayor of Plymouth, Cllr Peter Brookshaw and Oliver Colvile, MP to discuss plans for Legacy of Hope.
